Who can participate
We are looking forward to your projects if you are:
- An individual author of Single family house / Apartment building / Public building
- Enrolled at an accredited college or university educational program or graduated in 2021
- At the age of 18-25 years
- Graduating at the educational programs in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Moldavia, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Belarus, Turkmenistan

Fill out your personal profile.

Create a project and prepare the files:
- 1-6 presentation boards in .png or .jpg formats (size 1000x1400px) and files in * .pdf format (size 100x140cm, 150dpi or higher);
- A *.pla project file (no more than 1GB) saved from Archicad 25;
- Optional: .bimx file and/or .mp4 video (e.g. Twinmotion animation).

Projects will be evaluated on the following criteria:

Architecture*
High quality of the project, functional concept, taking into account regional features, plan, as well as environmental, economic and social rationality.
*The criterion “Architecture” will be evaluated by leading architects and the criterion “Effective use of Archicad opportunities” will be evaluated by BIM experts and Graphisoft company members who will serve as jury for this competition.

Projects should be delivered using Archicad 25, the industry first BIM software for architects developed by Graphisoft, and its supported 3rd party applications. Students are allowed to use visualization tools and create final layouts in other software products.
History
Led by our local Education Coordinator, Maria Kalashnikova, Graphisoft Russia designed and launched a competition in 2018. It was an overwhelming success and attracted many students from the region, so they decided to repeat it in 2019. The second time around generated even more interest, and the number of BIM projects submitted by students nearly doubled. In 2020 pandemic year the BIM Project competition was launched globally and students all around the world could share their projects with community and win prizes.
This year the competition changed its name and become Graphisoft Student Awards competition. And it also “came back to the roots”: this year students from Russia, Ukraine, Georgia and CIS countries can participate.
